Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of controlling Haier Display in terms of monitoring and reporting to relevant stakeholders to ensure second to noon Display as per Haier standards.
• Work closely with Sales and PM to implement Display standard in market in terms of models and Sales collateral implementation.
• Develop Haier Shop Database and regularly update it to ensure smooth information access.
• Develop and update HEG Shop Album and Database with BTL. 
• Work closely with BTL to ensure smooth and proper implementation of Haier Display and collateral implementation.
• Work closely with Sales, PM, Brand Manager & Activation Manager to execute effective sellout activities within target retailers.
• Implement and monitor HEG sellout activities in key retailers to ensure smooth operation and report to relevant stakeholders
• Regularly collect competitor intelligence data & share it with the reporting manager.
• Manage the Trade Marketing Team and cascade tasks and ensure their deliverables are met.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same role.
• Demonstrable strength in project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong decision making and administrative skills. 
• Ability to re-solve problems and issues.
