Key Accountabilities:

• Apply Elsewedy Electric quality system & HSE rules
• Supervising the electrical and mechanical repair of rotating machines at the workshop /Site, to ensure quality control for all repair stages according to Elsewedy Electric's quality standard.
• Responsible for the electric tests & No-load tests performed inside the workshop test bench for all repaired machines to ensure safety & quality control for all testing stages according to the Company standard.
• Supervising commissioning and start-up for new & repaired machines while performing the required site measurements & tests.
• Support the S&M team to achieve growth in the service business.
• Please respond quickly to customers' specific needs and requests.
• Reporting for all activities within the due dates
• Responsible for an assigned field service budget, to be achieved with a set profit target in coordination with the sales team.
• Site Supervision of Service activities such as Repairs, Re-wedging, Overhauling, such as Solvent Cleaning, Dry-ice cryogenic cleaning, Dry-out, Varnishing, Assembly/Disassembly, and Re-Commissioning of Large HT Motors and Generators.
• Man-power handling, Customer Interfacing, Problem Solving, carrying out Site activities, and other such soft skills associated with Site Services.

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• + 2 years of relevant experience preferred in rotating machines
• Have common knowledge of Vibration analysis
• Aware of Machine Service initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
