Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Hostess at the Marriott Mena House. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and maintaining an organised front-of-house environment. Day-to-day tasks include answering phones, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen staff, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
