- Position: B2B Sales Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales professional to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with business clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, providing product training and support, and managing the entire sales process. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities to drive growth
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management
- Ability to deliver effective training and product demonstrations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or technology sector is an advantage
