Role Overview: -
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales leadership in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This role will actively contribute to managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and guiding the sales team toward achieving targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent leadership potential, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Assist the Sales Team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate, government, leisure, and travel agency sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Support in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure timely preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills: -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong client management, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are an asset.
