Role Summary Join our team to build and manage business client relationships, drive new sales opportunities, deliver product training, and oversee the full sales cycle. You’ll ensure client satisfaction and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong business client relationships
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
- Provide product training and support
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Track sales activities using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in B2B sales
- Ability to deliver product training and demos
- Proficient with CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in education or technology is a plus
