About the Role

Responsible for creating a 3D model on Revit for projects assigned. Extracting and updating (if required) complete shop drawings and quantities from model created on Revit.

Responsibilities

• Submittal of shop drawings and quantities with consultants/client representative.
• Quantity surveying for progress bills (clients/contractors).
• Preparing and updating projects BOQs for clients/contractors.
• Reviewing consumption and Execution according to project plan drawings and technical specs.
• Analyzing any errors or mistakes and providing help to draw up a strategy to avoid them in the future.
• Participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction.
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.
• Communicating with current contractors and suppliers for price offers/contracts and searching for new suppliers/contractors and regularly updating vendor list.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional experience minimum 2 years in Technical Office and preferable in water structure and swimming pools.
• Professional English language.

Required Skills

• Experience in Revit (structure/architecture) is an advantage.
• Excellence in AutoCAD is a must.
• Excellence in Excel is a must.
• Good communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• High organization skills and ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects.
• Good knowledge of preparing BOQs including quantity surveying.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Revit (structure/architecture) is an advantage.
