Job Description
- Ensure that pest control activities are implemented as designed and comply with company policies, procedures, and quality & food safety standards.
- Implement relevant Management System procedures (ISO / FSSC / GMP / OHSAS) related to pest management and hygiene control.
- Organize and coordinate pest control schedules, treatment plans, and internal inspection activities.
- Conduct investigations of pest incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support department heads and area managers in achieving Food Safety objectives related to pest-free environments.
- Assist in periodic data collection, trend analysis, and performance evaluation of pest management activities.
- Prepare the monthly (or quarterly) Pest Control Performance Analysis Report with relevant details and submit it to management as required.
- Coordinate all pest control-related preparations and documentation for external audits and inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation, review, and control of pest control procedures, records, and forms with a focus on continual improvement.
- Fill out and respond to client questionnaires related to pest management and food safety practices.
- Report directly to the QA Section Head.
- Promote awareness and training on pest control and hygiene practices to ensure strong commitment to quality and food safety across the company.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in pest control management within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP and OHSAS 18001 requirements related to pest control.
- Proven experience in conducting pest control investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience with internal and external audits related to pest control and food safety systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
