Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to support our fast-growing organization in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, and supporting management with data-driven insights.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financials schedules of Key Accounts for Balance Sheet and P&L to ensure balances are appropriately reconciled and properly supported in a timely manner
• Ensure prompt filing and payment of taxes handled
• Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standard and BIR rules and regulations.
• Project-related to the Financials and Tax reporting needed and requirements
• Finalize all of month-end closing tasks and prepare monthly reports to US Finance Controller.
• Monitoring and coordination of Year-end Audit requirements and provide update to the immediate superior on time
• Complete Accounts Payable tasks as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or related
• Preferably 3-4 years’ experienced employees specializing in Finance – Taxation and Financial Analysis
• With Knowledge in Financial Reporting Standard, BIR Rules and Regulations and Procure-to-Pay process
• Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of other MS Office applications
• Strong Oral and written communications abilities in English Language
• Solid analytical and technical skills
• With experience using NetSuite system is preferred but not required
