We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advisory Manager in our transaction advisory services team The candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering valuations and feasibility studies for different purposes, financial modeling and provide deal support as part of M&A advisory projects to clients across a range of industries. The candidate will collaborate closely with the team, partners and clients to provide insights and guide the decision-making process for complex business transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the valuation team in the preparation of valuations for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting
• Oversee the preparation and review of feasibility studies for new client projects and strategic initiatives, providing insights into financial performance, risks, and returns.
• Development and review of complex financial models. Ensure models are robust, accurate, and aligned with client objectives.
• Key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts and junior managers. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Oversee the execution of multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs within agreed-upon deadlines. Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements in preparing and reviewing detailed reports for clients.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by supporting proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying opportunities for new services or projects.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, financial modeling, M&A, or related fields
• Professional certification candidate (e.g. CFA) is a must
• In-depth understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (EAS and IFRS).
• Experience managing and delivering projects across the transaction advisory space with project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
