Responsibilities:


- Facilitate communication and ensure both parties’ needs are met.

- Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products and services.

- Ensure timely renewal of contracts.

- Provide excellent customer care by dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.

- Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any requests.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and to foster loyalty.

- Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, power point etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Insurance experience is a PLUS
