Job Duties :
-Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of recruitment services.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
-Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
-Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
-Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
