Assist in establishing BIM standards and procedures and ensure implementation to improve the

efficiency of BIM modeling.

· Supervise the project data collection from consultant or tender department to ensure issuing

the BIM model for the projects including all the project specifications to identify quantity of

materials and time schedule.

· Supervise BIM model team to create BIM/Revit architectural, structural, and MEP models.

· Interact with Estimating head in tender phase and project managers in construction phase of the

projects to agree on BIM/Revit standards implemented to meet the client requirements.

· Review and consolidate BIM Models to produce 4D Model for the projects.

· Ensure linkage between BIM/Revit and Primavera Enterprise software to visualize the projects’

status in terms of time and cost.

· Negotiate different BIM aspects with project team in coordination with the project manager and

approval of business unit director.

· Maintain and configure the different models to ensure the model integrity is maintained to suit

the project BIM execution plan and associated BIM requirements.

· Ensure the generation of different levels of reports and highlight findings accordingly.

· Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of BIM Model engineers

are in accordance with the department's policies and procedures.

· Ensure the training of new BIM model staff to ensure their ability to handle their responsibilities

in effective and professional manner.

· Revise the training needs and recommendations highlighted for the project controls staff in his

projects and track trainings and coaching.

· Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and

environmental aspects.

· Handles related special assignments if required.
