Job Summary:

The job is focusing on reducing the delinquency rates of the standard loan portfolio. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Supervise the continuous and intensive follow-up on the clients with overdue payments, investigate the root cause of the delays, document the findings, and issue reminders emphasizing the importance of settling outstanding dues. 

Monitor repayment schedules of the delinquent clients and analyzing the underlying causes of payment delays to support resolution strategies. 

Lead the team operations, overseeing the performance of the portfolio in alignment with credit policies designed to achieve the bank’s strategic targets.

Job Qualifications: 

Relevant university degree, preferably in accounting. 

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience. 

At least 5 years of experience in managing teams
