We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, manage a small recruiting team, and own workforce planning with stakeholders. You will design data-driven sourcing strategies, standardize structured interviewing, and optimize ATS workflows for speed and quality. The role supports our regional team across EMEA, ensuring scalable, high-caliber pipelines for diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance across diverse roles and levels.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage recruiters/coordinators to hit hiring SLAs and targets.
- Translate workforce plans into quarterly hiring roadmaps, capacity plans, and weekly priorities.
- Build multi-channel sourcing strategies (talent communities, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Implement structured interviews, competency scorecards, and calibration to improve selection quality.
- Monitor funnel metrics (time-to-hire, conversion, quality-of-hire) and present actionable insights.
- Optimize ATS pipelines, automation, and data hygiene to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total recruiting experience, including 1+ year as a team lead or function owner.
- Proven success delivering against aggressive hiring goals across functions and seniorities.
- Hands-on ATS experience and administration with solid spreadsheet/reporting skills.
- Experience rolling out structured interviewing and competency-based assessment frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, expectation setting, and executive-level communication.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose bottlenecks and run continuous process improvements.
