On its mission to provide personalized, high quality online education to everyone, Tyro has recently acquired Nafham, an edtech startup with over 5 million learners focused on school curricula of Egypt, KSA, and UAE. Both companies joining forces positions Nafham by Tyro to be the largest Edutech platform in the MENA region providing both, live online tutoring as well as recorded educational video content. With this new acquisition, Nafham by Tyro is growing fast and expanding its team by hiring the best candidates in the region to fulfill different roles and responsibilities.
Nafham by Tyro is hiring Retention
- Follow up with existing students and parents to ensure ongoing satisfaction with Nafham by Tyro’s services.
- Address concerns or issues that may lead to cancellation and provide personalized solutions.
- Re-engage inactive users and encourage continued platform usage.
- Act as a trusted advisor to users by understanding their learning goals and matching them with the right content or services.
- Collect insights from users and share feedback with relevant teams to enhance the student experience.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English is a must.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, telesales, or a retention-related role (preferably in the education or e-learning sector).
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to handle objections and offer solutions in a calm, respectful manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge about educational field.
