Both companies joining forces positions Nafham by Tyro to be the largest Edutech platform in the MENA region providing both, live online tutoring as well as recorded educational video content. Nafham by Tyro is hiring Retention

• Follow up with existing students and parents to ensure ongoing satisfaction with Nafham by Tyro’s services.
• Address concerns or issues that may lead to cancellation and provide personalized solutions.
• Re-engage inactive users and encourage continued platform usage.
• Act as a trusted advisor to users by understanding their learning goals and matching them with the right content or services.
• Collect insights from users and share feedback with relevant teams to enhance the student experience.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a must.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, telesales, or a retention-related role (preferably in the education or e-learning sector).
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to handle objections and offer solutions in a calm, respectful manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge about educational field.
