We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Scrum Master to join our Platform/Delivery Team. This role combines Agile project leadership with business analysis responsibilities to ensure smooth delivery of healthcare software solutions that serve providers, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will guide the team through the Scrum process, facilitate collaboration, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, aligned with business goals, and compliant with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Team as the Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, sprint reviews).
• Work closely with the Product Manager(s) to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
• Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure the team’s progress and productivity.
• Track sprint velocity, burndown charts, and delivery performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability across the team.
• Support cross-functional communication between development, QA, product, and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring requirements align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Support data-driven decisions by analyzing metrics, trends, and process performance.
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure understanding of requirements and successful delivery.
• Validate deliverables to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Assist in defining KPIs and success measures for delivered projects and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead, ideally in a healthcare or healthtech environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong SQL or data analysis skills to support requirements validation.
• Prior experience in software delivery or DevOps collaboration environments.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data analytics or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
• Understanding of HIPAA or other healthcare data privacy regulations.
