Job Description
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science/ engineering, or bachelor’s degree in chemical, civil or mechanical engineering or chemical/ biological science with environmental management, GHG and carbon footprint experiences.
Experience: Not less than 12 years of experience in Environment Management System, GHG and carbon footprint and development and implementation in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 14060 family standards.
In-depth knowledge of local and international Environmental regulations and standards.
Experience with conducting internal Environmental Management System audits
Strong background in environmental risk assessment and incident investigation
Fluent in English correspondence. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Computer literate and presentation skill
Requires mobile communication during normal and outside office hours for emergency contact

Major Duties / Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the adopted strategy, regulation and ISO 14001 ensuring system integration across all departments, facilities and activities.
Lead initiatives related to carbon footprint quantification, monitoring, and reduction, ensuring alignment with ISO 14060 family standards
