Job Description:


To support and manage project control activities, including planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting. Ensure project performance is tracked against baseline plans, budgets, and contractual requirements, while providing accurate and timely information for decision-making.


Responsibilities:


1. Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.

• Support in preparing recovery plans and mitigation strategies.


2. Cost Control & Budgeting

• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.

• Monitor actual costs versus planned budgets.

• Support in preparing cash flow forecasts and cost variance reports.


3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project performance indicators (time, cost, resources).

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Provide Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and highlight variances.


4. Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain project control documentation and records.

• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and construction teams.

• Support project management in contractual and claim analysis.


5. Compliance & Support

• Ensure project controls comply with company standards and client requirements.

• Assist in audits, risk assessments, and project review meetings.

• Provide technical support to improve control processes and systems.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Construction / Industrial Engineering (Class of 2019).

• Technical Skills:

o Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

o Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control techniques.

o Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI (preferred), and reporting tools.
