Novelty Clinic is seeking a Creative Director with a refined eye for luxury aesthetics and storytelling. Your role is to develop and direct high-end photoshoot and video campaign concepts inspired by Dubai’s luxury-souq ambience — combining heritage textures with modern elegance.

You’ll translate ideas into visual experiences for our clinic’s marketing campaigns — including concept creation, scene design, prop styling direction, and overseeing the full shoot execution with photographers, stylists, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, themes, and storyboards for clinic campaigns (beauty, skin, and body treatments).

Design luxury-souq inspired scenes blending Arabic art, gold, texture, light, and elegance.

Build moodboards, visual references, and shot lists for approval.

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, set designers, and stylists to bring each idea to life.

Supervise shoot days to ensure the scene, model styling, and lighting match the approved concept.

Create consistent brand identity across all visual campaigns and digital assets.

Manage creative budgets, timelines, and vendors related to production and props
