An International Engineering Consultancy Company are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join our team on a major international airport project in East Africa - Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

Develop and maintain project baselines, forecasts, and progress reports.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Monitor risks and propose mitigation actions.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 12 years of experience, including 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.

Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and project control systems.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

International or Africa experience is an advantage.

High proficiency in English language.
