• Review and upload manifests to the system.
• Receive original bills of lading from clients.
• Issue, scan, and email delivery orders.
• Link delivery orders to manifests in the system.
• Coordinate with the accounts department on payment vouchers.
• Board vessels before departure to complete necessary procedures.
• Prepare entry and exit forms for containers.
• Follow up on form delivery and receipt with transport contractors.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of port operations and maritime regulations.
• Proficiency in cargo handling equipment and basic maintenance.
• Effective problem-solving and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging weather conditions.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in port environments.
