ZFP - Alex. Branch is expanding

BIM Coordinator is required for Alex. Branch with the below qualifications:

· EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture/Engineering discipline and member of professional body/bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere.

· EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in BIM field and have good experience in Architecture/Engineering designs and/or construction field with a good experience in project technical coordination and project management skills.

Shall have relevant proficiency in the proposed BIM authoring and coordination software, tools, and programming languages.

· REQUIRED KNOWLAGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

o Comprehensive knowledge of BIM software and tools.

o A general knowledge of discipline technical design.

o Excellent technical coordination skills.

o Excellent BIM standards.

o Good knowledge of the Common Data Environment “CDE”.

o General Knowledge of technical architecture/engineering design systems.

o Good background in development programing languages.

o Excellent written and oral communication skills.

o Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

o Skill in preparing and conducting training courses and orientation sessions.

o Ability to accomplish tasks timely and with minimal supervision.

o Ability to be self-driven, Focused, Supportive.

o Excellent understanding of the project’s goals and objectives.

o Task oriented.
