Job Description

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to develop innovative interior design concepts and solutions.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications for interior spaces using CAD and other design software.
• Oversee the technical aspects of interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and furnishings to ensure quality and compatibility with design objectives.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design engineering.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related engineering field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in interior design engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, lumen and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with on-site project supervision and coordination.
