📍 Position: Product Manager

📍 Head Office Location: Maadi

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for assigned products.

• Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and provide regular performance reports.

• Manage promotional campaigns and evaluate their outcomes with the medical representatives team.

• Train, support, and guide the sales/marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Affairs) to ensure execution of marketing plans.

• Contribute to product development plans and oversee the launch of new products.

• Ensure flexibility to travel and attend conferences, events, or field visits as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine (mandatory).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field (medical promotion).

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager (preferably in Gynecology & Obstetrics).

• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Cairo residency is a must.
