Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests, managing front desk tasks, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations. The Night Manager will also be responsible for supervising and supporting night staff, monitoring the property's security systems, and preparing reports on hotel activities and any incidents that occur during the night shift.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in hotel management or a similar role
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred
