Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Rubino’s in Alexandria, Egypt. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Duties will include managing staff, handling hiring and training processes, overseeing food and beverage quality, and ensuring an inviting and efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and managing staff
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
