Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between hospitals, trainers, and trainees to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Schedule training sessions, manage attendance, and prepare training materials.
- Track progress and feedback from trainees to ensure quality and compliance.
- Handle daily communication with partner hospitals and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Academic).
- Maintain accurate records for all training programs, including contracts, schedules, and invoices.
- Support event operations (workshops, conferences, and CPD programs).
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure adherence to Plan P standards.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the Operations Manager.
