Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between hospitals, trainers, and trainees to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Schedule training sessions, manage attendance, and prepare training materials.
  • Track progress and feedback from trainees to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Handle daily communication with partner hospitals and internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Academic).
  • Maintain accurate records for all training programs, including contracts, schedules, and invoices.
  • Support event operations (workshops, conferences, and CPD programs).
  • Monitor trainer performance and ensure adherence to Plan P standards.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Operations Manager.
