Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Manager (Internal Communications).


What will you do?

Strategic Planning & Budget Management

  • Develops a comprehensive internal communications strategy and annual plan for the Holding Company to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and effective information flow across all 23,000 employees.
  • Manage the annual internal communications budget and oversee vendor partnerships to ensure efficient resource allocation, high-quality service delivery, and cost-effectiveness.


Executive & Leadership Communications

  • Partners with C-suite executives and senior leaders to craft internal announcements, presentations, and town hall content that effectively communicate the company’s vision, strategy, and performance updates.
  • Develops clear and compliant messaging for high-impact corporate communications such as mergers and acquisitions, financial results, and major policy changes.


Content & Channel Management

  • Manages internal communication channels—like the intranet, newsletters, and other platforms—to share timely and engaging content with employees.
  • Oversees the editorial calendar to plan ahead, balance priorities, and avoid overloading communication channels.
  • Creates and edits written, video, and visual content tailored to different employee groups to improve clarity and message retention.


LOB Coordination & Alignment (Indirect Responsibility)

  • Collaborates with communication leads across 10 Lines of Business to ensure consistent messaging, brand compliance, and effective rollout of corporate initiatives.
  • Facilitates regular working sessions and knowledge-sharing forums to strengthen communication capabilities and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Reviews major LOB (Line of Business) communication campaigns to ensure alignment with the Holding Company's strategic narrative and prevent message overlap or conflict.


Culture, Engagement & Change Management

  • Leads the company-wide culture refresh program to reinforce shared values and behaviors that support strategic goals.
  • Manages employee engagement initiatives, including the ECHO survey, to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supports internal communications for major change initiatives to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth transitions across the organization


Measurement & Improvement

  • Tracks internal communications metrics, channel performance, and employee feedback to continuously optimize strategies and enhance content impact.

Technical Skills:

  • Content Creation – Skilled in writing, editing, and producing engaging written, visual, and video content.
  • Digital Platforms – Proficient in using intranet systems, email tools, and internal social media platforms to reach employees.
  • Design & Multimedia Tools – Familiar with basic graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva)
  • Analytics & Reporting – Able to track communication performance and employee engagement using metrics and dashboards.
  • Campaign & Calendar Management – Experienced in managing editorial calendars and coordinating communication campaigns.
