Job Purpose:

Support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations across all HR functions. The intern will gain valuable exposure to the full employee lifecycle while contributing to administrative and operational HR tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews across departments.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and follow-up with relevant departments.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical), including contracts, attendance, and leave records in line with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Assist the Personnel team with documentation handling such as medical insurance forms, social insurance paperwork, and other employment-related documents.
  • Support Payroll preparation by gathering, reviewing, and verifying employee attendance, leave data, and overtime records to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and HR events.
  • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and filing systems to ensure clean data for reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports, PowerPoint presentations, and internal memos as required by the HR team.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with routine HR-related questions under supervision.
  • Participate in ongoing HR projects such as policy reviews, audit preparations, and digital HR initiatives.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, , or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
