Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers with outstanding payments, and assisting in the collection of debts.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone, email, or in writing.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers.
• Update account status, payment arrangements, and communication records accurately in the system
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations.
• Prepare and submit periodic collection and reports.
• Manage all vendor transactions, such as payments through systems like Fawry e-payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (English Section)
• 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
