Role Description

This is a full-time Beauty Advisor role based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Beauty Advisor will assist customers by offering expert advice on skincare and beauty products, recommending suitable options to enhance their appearance and well-being. Core responsibilities include performing product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, and driving retail sales to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology knowledge to provide expert advice on beauty and skincare routines
• Strong product knowledge with the ability to explain the benefits and uses of various items
• Customer Service and Retail Sales skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and achieve sales goals
• Experience with Skin Care and skincare products to meet the needs of diverse customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, or a similar role is an advantage
