We are seeking a Digital Transformation QA Lead will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the quality assurance and quality control framework for Digital Transformation program.

The QA Lead will oversee testing governance, quality assurance processes, and compliance standards ensuring the program’s deliverables meet the client business, technical, and regulatory quality requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead the quality management framework for the entire program.
• Define QA policies, test strategies, and acceptance criteria across all delivery waves.
• Manage end-to-end testing: unit, integration, UAT, performance, security, and data-migration validation.
• Oversee quality audits for code, design, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the PMO, architecture, and vendor teams to ensure release readiness.
• Lead test automation initiatives using Azure DevOps and modern QA tools.
• Track and report key quality KPIs to transformation program leadership.
• Lead stakehoulders business training.

What You’ll Bring

• 10 + years in Software QA / QC, with 5 + years in a QA leadership role.
• Proven success managing QA for enterprise-scale digital transformation or government programs.
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud, microservices, and data-driven ecosystems.
• Experience with QA tooling: Azure DevOps, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, SonarQube, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of test automation, CI/CD QA pipelines, and DevSecOps principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
