Responsibilities

The Learning Experience & Gamification Designer is responsible for creating engaging, high-impact training experiences tailored to client needs in Egypt and the Gulf. This role combines expertise in instructional design with creativity in gamification and activity-based learning. The designer will collaborate with the Learning Design Team Leader and other departments to conceptualize, develop, and implement interactive training materials, including games, simulations, and digital learning experiences that drive participant engagement and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

Proven instructional design skills.

Creative with experience in gamification.

Strong client communication and collaboration.

Project management and attention to quality.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
