Job Title: Appointment Setter

The Company: Our client helps their clients to build high value YouTube channels to make money on YouTube without showing your face. Their goal is to provide people with valuable content that can help you in their journey to Making Money on YouTube without showing their Face. They will be sharing Faceless YouTube channel ideas, Step by Step guides to starting a YouTube cash cow channel, Learning where to find content for their faceless YouTube videos and much more!
Role Overview: Our client is hiring an appointment setter to engage new leads, build rapport, qualify prospects, and book calls with closers. As their Appointment Setter, you're not just booking calls, you’re helping transform lives.
Job Description:
- Make 150+ dials a day, and touch 100 new leads a day as your minimum KPI, 5 days a week
- Generate calls through organic & outbound marketing methods such as:
- Calling leads who opted into the vsl
- Calling leads who submitted an application & didn’t book
- Calling leads who took the lower ticket offer and didn’t upgrade yet
- Following up with past inbound deals
- You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough open calendar space to hit your set calls.
- Be available to communicate daily through slack and attend daily meetings at 9am EST, and provide end-of-day reports and keep CRM updated
- Nurture leads from initial contact through qualification
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the Closers
- Track conversations and manage the pipeline in the organization’s CRM
Ideal Candidate:
- Have a track record of success in a B2C appointment setting role, or have done training in appointment setting
- Have experience making 150+ OB calls a day
- Are able to work during the hours of 9am - 6pm EST daily
- Are self-starters, coachable, and looking to grow, and someone who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and driven, consistently meeting or exceeding targets while adapting to client needs.
Compensation: On target earnings of $63,000/yr (incl annual base of $18,000 + commission + bonus based on generated revenue milestones)
