Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager at a fast-food restaurant located in New Cairo, specifically serving areas like Madinty, Tagmoa, and Rehab. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the team, and maintaining food and beverage quality standards. The Shift Manager is expected to lead by example, uphold company policies, and optimize operational efficiency during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in team management and Hiring processes
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage quality standards and safety regulations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make real-time decisions
• Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus
