Now, we’re looking for a Bookkeeping Services Operations Manager to ensure our clients receive seamless onboarding, exceptional service, and ongoing success.

Client Impact: Be the primary bridge between Qoyod and bookkeeping clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective communication, and top-tier service delivery.

Performance Ownership: Monitor key service metrics, prepare client status reports, and continuously drive improvements to elevate the client experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding for new bookkeeping clients, ensuring a clear, positive start.
- Coordinate deliverables across accounting and data entry teams to meet deadlines.
- Act as the main escalation point, providing timely and accurate updates to clients.
- Track and report performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
🔹 5–8 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance operations, or client service management (SaaS/professional services background preferred).
🔹 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cloud platforms (Qoyod, QuickBooks, Xero).
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
🔹 Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive client success.
