Role Purpose:

As a Scrum Master at Educatly, you’ll act as a delivery enabler, ensuring the team focuses on the right priorities, blockers are resolved early, and progress is transparent and predictable.

Your mission:

To maintain focus, momentum, and clarity, freeing Product and Engineering Managers to focus on strategy, direction, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Write and refine high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria and testable outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure the backlog is always ready, prioritized, and aligned with sprint goals.

• Facilitate all sprint ceremonies: planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate Jira board that reflects real progress.

• Identify, track, and resolve blockers quickly or escalate when needed.

• Track delivery metrics (velocity, carry-over, blockers, bug ratio) to drive data-informed improvements.

• Communicate updates, risks, and wins clearly and proactively to Product and Engineering leadership.

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

What Success Looks Like:

• Every user story is clear, valuable, and ready before sprint start.

• Blockers are resolved the same day they appear.

• Teams deliver consistently on sprint commitments.

• Product and Engineering Managers have full delivery visibility, no chasing updates.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.

• Proven ability to write great user stories and facilitate effective backlog refinement.

• Proficiency with Jira and Agile reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• (Bonus) Experience in EdTech or data-driven product environments.
