From wellness retreats and bespoke journeys to luxury concierge services, Jetset redefines travel with elegance, purpose, and emotional depth.


We’re now seeking a Marketing Strategist — someone creative, analytical, and deeply in tune with luxury, wellness, and design — to help shape Jetset’s next stage of growth.


The Role


The Marketing Strategist will lead Jetset’s brand strategy, content direction, and digital marketing roadmap.


You will work directly with our leadership team to elevate Jetset’s online presence, design visual campaigns, and craft a clear marketing structure for all upcoming projects and retreats.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Jetset’s luxury and wellness divisions.


- Manage brand positioning and content pillars across Instagram, Meta Ads, and digital channels.


- Create visually aligned marketing materials — brochures, social media posts, retreat flyers, etc.


(using Canva or Adobe Suite).


- Plan and oversee paid campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads) in collaboration with


management.


- Research market trends and competitor activities in GCC, Europe, and wellness travel sectors.


- Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and content shoots.


- Analyze campaign performance and recommend actionable optimizations.


Requirements


- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or digital media (preferably in luxury, travel, or wellness).


- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, ad strategy, and brand storytelling.


- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).


- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).


- Creative mindset with strategic thinking — able to build systems, not just content.


- Passion for luxury travel, wellness, and lifestyle branding.
