Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operation Engineer, located in Kuwait City with some flexibility for working from home. The Operation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing operational processes, and supporting the end-user experience. The role may also involve cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate and optimize operational processes
• Expertise in Troubleshooting technical issues and problem-solving
• Customer Service skills to address user needs effectively
• Proficiency in managing Windows systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in facility managment or maintinance sector
