Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing online and offline communities, engaging with users, fostering meaningful interactions, moderating discussions, and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include executing community strategies, staying updated on trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align community activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Community Management, User Engagement, and Relationship Building
- Strong Communication, Content Creation, and Moderation skills
- Experience with Social Media Platforms, Analytics Tools, and Community Guidelines
- Project Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work collaboratively in a team
- Prior experience in managing public forums or online communities is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
