What you’ll do:

• Communicate with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase renewal conversion rates.
• Maintain and follow up with customers, understand their learning needs, and provide personalized renewal suggestions to improve student retention.
• Monitor students’ learning progress, analyse learning data, and develop renewal strategies based on their stage and performance.
• Answer questions from customers, handle possible concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.
• Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
• Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs.
• Able to work effectively in a target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets, with the motivation to pursue high performance and commission.
