This role requires leadership that provides a clear sense of direction and inspires the team to achieve a unified strategic goal.

Job Responsibilities:

· Ability to set a strategy for Business development, support projects success with different project services functions.

· Strong presentation skills to pitch new ideas to clients, present compelling business cases internally, and effectively communicate the business development strategy to the team.

· Ability to apply change management methodologies to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives, and business objectives).

· Ability to understand and integrate related technologies into the way of efficiently work a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, interacting with customers, and engaging employees, and ultimately creating differentiated business value. Digital Acumen relies on Internet literacy, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) literacy, media literacy and information literacy.

· Ability to manage the performance results linked to physical and financial impact of executing a service order or general service commitment while monitoring the performance in line with commitment made.

· Ability to manage team loading, according to skills, respect customer requests and company interest to optimize utilization rate.

· Deal with the dilemma of short-term results and long-term business sustainability.

· Present sound arguments with energy and conviction. Understand and respond to others' needs and agendas. Leverage own network to build support.

· Create a foundation of support through integrity and consistency.

· Understand and anticipate customer needs, applications, and values. Focus on customer total Experience and Lifecycle, Create a sense of win-win partnership.

· Encourage working groups by sharing their knowledge. Share talents, resources, and know-how, build an agile NETWORK and promote synergies.

Main Objectives

· Overlook adherence to company policies and processes

· Strives to achieve business targets including but not limited to revenue, margin, and team utilization

· Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, development, engagement, performance review, talent management, and retention of team members.

· Support on financial operations and reporting

· Overlook team’s outputs and deliverables, ensuring the right quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

· 12 years of experience in customer projects.

· Project Management

· People Management

· English Fluency & Excellent Communication Skills

· High business acumen

· Digital mindset

· Time Management

Recommended Skills:

· Experience in PMO position.

· Experience in Project Planning, Project Control, Finance, Document Management, Data/Business Analytics

· Project Management experience

· Cross functional and cross border experience.

· Additional foreign language proficiency (French / Spanish / German).
