Job Title: Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant - Integration & Configuration

Location: Fully remote (Europe Ideally)

Start Date: Sooner the better

Job Type: 6 month contract (b2b) - will renew

We’re looking for a Dynamics CRM specialist who can help improve and extend the CRM platform. The focus of the role is on configuration, integrations, and working with the wider business to shape CRM processes. This is not a heavy development role; it's more about making smart use of out of the box features, Power Platform tools, and ensuring CRM is connected properly to other systems.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Dynamics CRM
• Set up and maintain business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Support and build integrations using APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate, or connectors.
• Work with teams across the business to gather requirements and translate them into CRM changes.
• Handle environment and solution management across Dev/Test/Production.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data sync, workflows, and configuration.
• Guide best practices around CRM usage, data, and process design.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and the wider Power Platform.
• Strong background in CRM configuration and Dataverse.
• Hands on experience integrating CRM with other systems
• Good understanding of authentication and data flow between systems.
• Experience managing solutions and working in a multi environment setup.
• Ability to communicate well with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
