We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our paint manufacturing operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to ensure consistent product quality, efficient production processes, and full compliance with safety and environmental standards.

This job requires supported relocation to Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Ensure optimal use of raw materials, machinery, and manpower.

Maintain product quality in coordination with the QC laboratory.

Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and factory staff.

Ensure machinery and equipment are well maintained with minimal downtime.
