Job Summary:

The role is focusing on leading the design, development, and maintenance of system integrations across the organization. The role ensures seamless communication between applications, databases, and third-party services while aligning integration projects with business objectives and IT architecture.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement integration solutions that align with the organization’s IT strategy and business needs.
  • Design workflows, APIs, and middleware solutions to enable seamless data exchange between applications.
  • Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Oversee integration projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and project managers to define integration requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may affect integration projects.
  • Manage and monitor integration platforms, APIs, and middleware technologies.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of integration systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues while minimizing system disruptions.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
  • Work with IT security teams to identify and resolve vulnerabilities in integration processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of integration frameworks.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for integration-related queries and initiatives.
  • Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration of third-party applications.
  • Provide guidance to business units on integration capabilities and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integration specialists.
  • Define team objectives, monitor performance, and provide training.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Implement tools and processes to monitor integration performance.
  • Generate reports on integration system health, error rates, and optimization opportunities.
  • Use analytics to measure integration impact on business operations.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM App Connect) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of expe
