Automai is expanding and looking for a talented Scrum Master / Technical Project Lead based in Egypt.

If you're great at turning messy requirements into clean user stories, keeping engineering teams aligned, and delivering clear executive updates — this role is for you.

We build automation, performance testing, and monitoring technology used worldwide. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team working on high-impact features and global customer projects.

📌 What You’ll Own

• Lead Agile ceremonies and keep sprints organized
• Translate complex ideas into clear, detailed user stories
• Manage backlogs, priorities, and sprint goals in Jira
• Track delivery progress and remove blockers quickly
• Produce concise, executive-level status updates
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product
• Keep everyone aligned on what matters and why

👤 Who You Are

• Strong communicator — you summarize, not overwhelm
• You think in terms of outcomes, not tasks
• Comfortable with both technical concepts and business needs
• Structured, organized, and proactive
• Confident leading discussions with engineers and stakeholders
• Can manage high-pressure deadlines without losing clarity

🔧 Requirements

• 3+ years as Scrum Master, Agile PM, or Technical Project Lead
• Strong experience writing user stories & acceptance criteria
• Very comfortable with Jira
• Good understanding of software development and engineering workflows
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS, automation, RPA, cloud, or performance tools
