KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Conduct market research to identify, manage, and secure existing and new business opportunities.
- Organize meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Present and demonstrate company products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Organize conferences and seminars for healthcare professionals.
- Fulfill the requirements of healthcare professionals and respond to their inquiries.
- Review sales performance and monitor stock availability.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Submit daily reports to supervisors regarding activities, meetings, and performance.
- Conduct market reviews of new products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all contacts.
- Regularly attend weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual company meetings.
- Keep track of company products and ensure proper product knowledge.
- Monitor competitor activities, products, and services.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Report adverse events and product complaints to the RA Manager.
OTHER FUNCTIONS (if any)
- Review personal sales performance and work toward meeting or exceeding targets.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
Note: The employee may be assigned additional tasks or special projects by Senior Management as needed.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• At least 1 year of work experience in Kuwait.
Preferable:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an MNC.
• Experience in Cardiovascular or Diabetes therapeutic areas.
