Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Specification Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing required certificates, certifying our products with consultants, supervising implementation processes, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue the necessary certification documents for our products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with consultants to certify products and ensure they meet all required specifications.

• Supervise the implementation of quality standards and procedures within the factory.

• Conduct regular audits of processes and products to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality benchmarks.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to product specifications, certification processes, and audit results.

• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and certification requirements.

• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during certification audits and inspections.

• Stay updated on changes in industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to product certification and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in specification writing, quality assurance, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and certification processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in technical writing and documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with [specific software/tools relevant to the job, e.g., quality management systems, document control software].
