Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Linux-based systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred).
• Implement, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Controller.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat Satellite for patching, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Use Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning across environments.
• Support deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting of Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions for virtualized environments (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, etc.).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across Linux, automation, configuration management, and containerization layers.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure compliance and standardization.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Linux Administration experience (RHEL preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Controller/Tower.
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Satellite for system lifecycle management.
• Good experience writing Terraform IaC modules.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup solutions for virtualized environments (any enterprise solution).

Preferred Certifications

• RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator).
• RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer).
